Brittany Dawn Davis is a North Texas-based fitness influencer and content creator who built a following marketing personalised online fitness and nutrition coaching plans. In February 2022 the Texas Attorney General filed a lawsuit alleging deceptive trade practices, claiming she sold thousands of customers generic plans while marketing them as customised and falsely representing herself as having specialist eating disorder expertise. Davis settled with the State of Texas in April 2023, admitted to being overwhelmed by customer volume, and agreed to pay $400,000 in civil penalties and restitution. She has since pivoted her public content to Christianity and foster parenting.
