We collect your email address when you create an account, review content you submit, and proof of purchase documents uploaded for verification purposes. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
We never share reviewer identity, contact information, or proof of purchase documents with coaches or any third parties. Your full name and email address are never displayed publicly on the platform.
Reviews are published with author initials only. Your account is linked to your review internally so we can enforce our review guidelines, but no coach or other user can identify you from your published review.
Documents uploaded for purchase verification are used solely to confirm the purchase occurred. They are permanently deleted within 30 days of submission. We do not retain copies or share them with any party.
We use minimal cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. No cookie banner is required because we do not use non-essential cookies.
We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track individual users across sites and do not use cookies. Aggregate data only.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Reviews submitted under your account will be anonymised rather than deleted to preserve platform integrity.
