CoachCheck is a review platform for online coaches. By using CoachCheck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for reviews you submit. Reviews must reflect your genuine first-hand experience. You grant CoachCheck a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display your review on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
CoachCheck is a platform, not a publisher. We are not responsible for user-submitted content under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. CoachCheck does not endorse any review or opinion expressed by users.
You may not submit false statements of fact, threats, harassment, or content submitted in bad faith. You may not submit reviews for coaches you have not personally interacted with, or reviews submitted on behalf of a competitor. Violations may result in removal and account termination.
Being listed on CoachCheck does not imply endorsement. Profile data is sourced from public information. Coaches may claim their profile through our verified process and respond to reviews.
Coaches who believe a review violates our guidelines may submit a formal dispute. Volume of disputes is never grounds for removal — only guideline violations are. See our Dispute & Removal Policy for the full process.
CoachCheck provides information only. We are not liable for purchasing decisions made based on platform content. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted content.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
