DMCA Copyright Policy

CoachCheck respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on CoachCheck infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our registered agent using the process below.
Submitting a takedown notice
Your notice must include all of the following or we cannot act on it:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material on CoachCheck you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a URL is ideal).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or if outside the US, any judicial district where CoachCheck may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.
Send counter-notifications to the same address above. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringer policy
CoachCheck will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
