Coaches who have claimed their profile may submit a formal dispute about a review they believe violates our guidelines. Disputes must be submitted with specific evidence — a general disagreement with a reviewer's opinion is not grounds for removal.
We investigate disputes that allege specific factual inaccuracies that can be independently verified, or reviews that appear to violate our published Review Guidelines. We take every dispute seriously and review each one individually.
We will not remove reviews based solely on a coach's disagreement with the reviewer's opinion or rating. We will not act on requests to remove negative reviews without specific evidence of a guideline violation. Volume of complaints does not influence our decision — one legitimate dispute carries the same weight as ten.
Submit your dispute via email with the review URL, the specific claim you believe is inaccurate, and your supporting evidence. We will review within 7 business days and notify both parties of our decision. Our decision is final unless new evidence is presented.
Following a dispute investigation, we may keep the review as published, add a note that the coach has disputed the review, request that the reviewer clarify or correct a specific factual claim, or remove the review if it is found to violate our guidelines.
