The Career Climb

A group coaching programme by Claudia Miller providing a structured, community-supported pathway for women — particularly women of colour — who want to advance their career, increase their salary, and move into senior roles. The programme combines coaching curriculum, live group sessions, and peer accountability to help participants negotiate higher pay, build their professional brand, and accelerate their path to leadership.
